Maceration partly in whole bunches, partial ageing for about 12 months in Burgundy barrels and Italian amphoras, unfiltered.

This micro-cuvée is the result of a blend of very ripe Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, whose tannins combine with a great freshness on the finish.
