Our vines are cultivated in a traditional and selective manner. Soil maintenance is done mechanically without chemical weeding and our vines are protected using preparations made from natural products.Winemaking
Fermented using the natural yeasts from that year’s grapes. Aged for 9 months on the lees, initially in barrels before being returned to stainless steel vats.Analysis
Sulphites: Total 19 mg/L;
Alcohol: 13,5% vol;
Residual sugars: 2,1 g/L.

The aromatic complexity is highly distinctive. On the palate, the ageing blends seamlessly with the wine’s rich structure, giving way to a deep, mineral finish.
Advice
Serve at 10°C. to enjoy between 12 and 14°C.
