Terra Vita Vinum in Burgundy

At the beginning of the year, Terra Vita Vinum visited Burgundy to meet winegrowers but also its coopers. On his way back, Romain's remark was: "Who doesn't know Burgundy, dies a fool!". Indeed, the welcome we received was of a high standard and we will have difficulties to return the favour at the same level!

More particularly, we would like to take advantage of this post to thank Jean-Philippe Fichet, Fred Cossard and Bernard Bouvier for having given us a large part of their precious time to share with us their passion through the discovery of their winery but also through lively tastings. Finally, we would also like to thank our two Burgundian coopers with whom we have gone further in our technical exchanges to draw up our specifications for wood selection and heating according to the vintages we are planning.
