The rosé : Large soif 2020
With a base of Gamay and Groslot, we wanted to make an excellent thirst-quenching wine, as greedy as you like!
Native yeast, low level of sulfites to respect the fruit;
Low level of alcohol to favor the drinkability;
A label that pops;
The only drawback is the quantity available: Only 2,000 bottles!

The groslot: Grosse soif 2020
It is still part of the LARGE SOIF range with the same qualities:
Native yeast, whole bunch maceration, no added sulfite to respect the fruit ;
Low level of alcohol to promote drinkability;
A label that slams;
Except that here, the grain of sand becomes a stone: only 1000 bottles!

These are our first two wines to be released with the Demeter biodynamic certification. All the ingredients are there to energize your meals in the sun!
