Meal Tasting at the end of the year Terra Vita Vinum team
On Friday 20th December last, the whole TERRA VITA VINUM team gathered around the table in the "corner des copains" of the Table de la Bergerie at David Guitton's home near Angers. The tasting menu was accompanied by bottles, each as excellent as the next:
the superb maceration cuvée of Jérôme Bretaudeau on the first starter;
Thomas Pico's excellent Chablis on the second starter and the foie gras poélé;
the surprising harmony with the pinot meunier of the Original Cuvée from Françoise Bedel on the fish;
the finesse and precision of the Serène noire 2013, one of Gangloff estate's côte-rotie on wild boar;
and the bubbles of Larmandier-Bernier on the dessert to start off light...
When we get home, we tell ourselves that we still have some progress to make!
