Growing method

The cultivation of our vines is carried out in a traditional and selective way, the maintenance of the soil is mechanical, without chemical weeding, our vines are protected by preparations based on natural products.


Fermentation and maturing for 12 months in stainless steel vats.


Sulfites : total 55 mg/L (libre < 10 mg/L)
Alcohol : 13,86% vol
Sugar : 0,8 g/L

Tasting notes

In 2017, following the freezing of the Rogeries, we assembled 3 chenin plots: Rogeries, Grand Vau and the Gabouchons enclosure. The pleasant result encouraged us to keep this cuvée....


Cellaring : 3 to 5 years, to drink on youth.

Level of sweetness is Dry/Soft dry
