Black, grey-green, sometimes purple Anjou shales.
The soils are ploughed and naturally grassed.
Fermentation and ageing from 15 to 18 months.
Sulphur : free < 10 mg/L, total 94 mg/L
Alcohol : 13.7% vol.
Total acidity : 5.19 g/L
Sugar: 95.5 g/L
Late harvests on the two largest terroirs of the domaine, its very small production is done by rigorous selective selections. This cuvée only exists in the best vintage years.
Cellaring : 10 years and more.
