The soils are ploughed and naturally grassed.
Vinified according to the ancestral method, the fermentation in the bottle is done with the natural sugars of the grape.
Sulphur: free < 10 mg/L, total 17mg/L
Alcohol: 11.5% vol.
This classic cuvée gives a fresh and fruity taste.
Cellaring: 3 to 5 years, to drink on youth.
