Green sandstone shale, sometimes with purple passages and often with schools of phthanites.
The soils are ploughed and naturally grassed. The vines are protected by natural herbal preparations.
Fermentation and ageing on fine lees for 10 months.
Sulphur: total 64 mg/L
Alcohol: 14,3% vol.
Total acidity: 3,95 g/L
Sugar: 2,7 g/L
Despite a larger body than the previous vintage, the salty length of this Savennières still underlines its elegance.
