Fermentation and ageing on fine lees for 10 months.
Sulphur : free 16mg/L, total 66 mg/L
Alcohol : 13.7% vol.
Sugar : 2 g/L
It is certainly from its saline extension that this Savennières gets all its elegance...
Cellaring : 8 years and over.
