Winemaking

After a short maceration followed by a gentle pressing, the vinification was prolonged on the basis of a long maturation (15 months).

Sulphur : free 12 mg/L, total 16 mg/L
Alcohol : 13.9% vol.
Total acidity : 2.98 g/L

Tasting notes

With a deep ruby colour, this robust and harmonious wine delivers a beautiful red fruit note.

Advice

Cellaring: 10 years and more.

Level of sweetness is Dry
